Launched in June 2021, Kolt property management took on the market at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a natural progression rooted in property management offerings for TAKOL, our sister company, and the evolving needs of many businesses struggling to navigate the market, rework their leases, reassess their properties and build their businesses.
