Nick began his career in real estate in 2012 after earning his Real Estate Sales Representative licence, he has built a proven track record, successfully closing over $100+ million in real estate transactions.<\/p>\n

With expertise in residential sales, mortgage financing, real estate investing, Nick brings a well-rounded, strategic approach to every client he works with. He later founded the Nick James Team with a clear vision: to deliver a higher standard of service by combining experience, market knowledge, and a results-driven mindset.<\/p>\n

Outside of real estate, Nick stays active at the gym, enjoys biking along the beach trails, and values spending time with family and friends.<\/p>\n
