BA (Western University), MBA (University of Toronto).  Daniel has deep experience owning and managing real estate over his career. In recent years across numerous GTA sub-markets, Daniel has sourced, managed, and delivered for his private equity business, TAKOL Real Estate Inc., many commercial condominium conversion redevelopments totaling hundreds of thousands of square feet, with hundreds of millions of dollars of project sales and delivering substantial returns to TAKOL and its partners.  From this condo conversion experience, he co-founded KOLT Realty Inc., where he is President and Broker of Record.  KOLT handles all TAKOL\u2019s sales and leasing.  Daniel created the recent alignment of KOLT with Keller Williams Real Estate Associates (KWREA, one of the world\u2019s leading KW franchises), where KOLT functions as the defacto commercial brokerage arm of KWREA.  Daniel is also President of KOLT Management Inc., TAKOL\u2019s affiliate property and condominium management company.  He is married with two children and lives in Toronto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

In the asset manager role, Neel had managed over $300M in assets with a major retail REIT, $250M in industrial and office assets with a pension fund and over $250M in residential assets with private equity.
